Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: We get it. Things happen. Sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. In the event you are unable to make your appointment our cancellation policy is as follows: All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment or training course please notify us via text at 619-880-9555 or email at avobrowsandbeauty@gmail.com prior to your appointment. Your initial deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled service. A NO-SHOW, will require an additional $50 deposit to reschedule your appointment. All deposits on hand will be applied to your next future service with AVO Brows & Beauty. FOR SCULPTING MEMBERS: A "No-Show" is considered not being able to attend your session with less than a 2 hour notice and will result in forfeiting the session.
