Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via text (619-880-9555), email (avobrowsandbeauty@gmail.com), or phone. This will allow us to find someone to take your appointment slot. - All deposits are non-refundable. - Your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled service if proper notice is given. - No-shows or cancellations with less than 24- hours notice will require an additional $50 deposit to book a new appointment. FOR SCULPTING MEMBERS: A "No-Show" is defined as missing your session without at least 24 hours' notice, resulting in forfeiting that session. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!
